Telework Recruiting, Inc., is a full service agency that specializes in recruiting virtual workers for companies. In addition, Telework Recruiting, Inc., offers a fee based membership to their database of work at home job leads.

Pamela La Gioia, the owner and a WAHM (work at home mom), has a decade of experience locating legitimate work at home jobs. Her company is recommended by and has been featured in Fortune Magazine.

Telework Recruiting's telecommuting jobs database currently contains several categories including clerical, medical, customer service, telemarketing, real estate, business, computer programming, legal, and freelance just to name a few.

Each category is divided into two sections:

• Companies that hire telecommuters/freelancers
• Telecommuting and freelance job leads for that category (job leads are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date posted)

Each job lead is thoroughly researched before being added to the job database. Pamela personally takes the time to call companies who have placed work at home job ads or hire telecommuters to verify that it is a legitimate work at home job or company. Some of the jobs and companies posted I have never seen on any other site. Also some of the work at home jobs and companies don't advertise as such.

I have been a member of this site for awhile. I actually got my first hourly-paying work-at-home job through this site. I found my first Virtual Assistant (VA) client through this site, and I still work for the company presently.

One of the benefits that stood out to me as a member is the lifetime membership. While most sites similar to this one only offer monthly or yearly memberships that you have to keep renewing, Telework Recruiting offers a lifetime membership for a small fee. One drawback was the telecommuting and freelance jobs for last month or so were not updated regularly, however they have been doing a better job resolving this issue over the last few weeks. Overall, this is a great investment.
